Return and Refund Policy
At GLO Gelato, we’re committed to providing high-quality gelato and great customer experiences. We comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees your rights when purchasing goods and services from us.
Change of Mind
As our gelato is a perishable food product, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind. We recommend choosing flavours carefully, and our staff are always happy to offer tasting samples (where available) to help you decide.
Faulty or Unsafe Products
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product you purchase:
Is faulty or damaged
Is unsafe
Is significantly different from its description or sample
Doesn’t do what we said it would or what you asked for
If this occurs, please notify us as soon as possible and retain your proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or bank transaction).
We may offer:
A replacement of the same or similar product
A refund to the original payment method
Another suitable remedy depending on the circumstances
Allergies & Dietary Requirements
We do our best to provide accurate information about ingredients, including allergens. However, as all our products are made in an environment that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens, we cannot guarantee products are completely free from cross-contamination. Refunds are not issued in cases where allergens are consumed against advice or warnings provided.

Shipping Policy
At GLO Gelato, we take great care to ensure your gelato arrives in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy below.
Shipping Availability
We currently deliver within select areas of Melbourne. Shipping availability may vary depending on your location and the nature of the products ordered.
Product Handling & Packaging
GLO Gelato is delivered frozen and packed using insulated packaging to maintain quality. It is your responsibility to be available to receive the delivery or provide a safe place for it to be left.
Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the delivery and no safe drop-off instructions are provided, your order may be returned, and a re-delivery fee may apply.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, in line with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if your order:
Arrives damaged or spoiled,
Is incorrect or incomplete, or
Fails to meet the acceptable quality standard.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at ciao@glogelato.co with your order number and a description (including photo evidence, if possible).
