Milk Chocolate Mousse Gelato Donut Cake

This donut-style gelato cake is made from scratch in Carlton, crafted around a milk chocolate mousse gelato with toasted hazelnuts, chocolate brownie chunks and ribbons of dulce de leche. Rich, balanced and designed to be the centrepiece of the table.

Allow 1 hour in the fridge before serving for ultimate taste.
