This donut-style gelato cake is made from scratch in Carlton, crafted around a Biscoff mousse gelato layered with raspberry jam and smashed Biscoff biscuits. Creamy, balanced and finished with just enough contrast to make it the centrepiece of the table.
Delivered frozen. Allow 1 hour in the fridge to thaw before serving for ultimate taste.
