We know ordering frozen dessert online can feel like a gamble - that's why every order leaves us properly frozen, sealed in insulated packaging built to keep it that way in transit. We only deliver to areas where we can maintain that quality, so if you're in our zone, you're in safe hands. 

Your satisfaction matters to us. While we can't accept change-of-mind returns on a perishable product, if anything arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Just reach out at ciao@glogelato.co with a photo and your proof of purchase.

We take allergies seriously and want you to order with confidence. Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, and gluten alongside our gelato, so while we can't guarantee a completely allergen-free environment, we're always transparent about what's in every product. If you have a severe allergy, get in touch before you order, our team is happy to talk it through with you.

Straight into the freezer the moment it arrives, that's all it takes to lock in the flavour. Unlike ice cream, gelato is meant to be enjoyed slightly softer, so give it a few minutes at room temperature before serving. It's a small step that makes a real difference to the texture.

Not even close. Gelato is churned slower and with less air, which is exactly why it tastes richer and more intense, flavour for flavour, than ice cream, even though it's lighter. It's the traditional Italian way of doing things, and once you taste the difference, it's hard to go back.
